My interest in business and economics was sparked early on: I grew up in an entrepreneurial household – my grandfather and later my father ran a medium-sized company in the printing industry. This environment shaped my understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and action from the ground up.
It taught me how closely business success is linked to responsible leadership, clear direction and the capacity for continuous renewal. As a graduate in Business Administration, I gained deep experience in the financial world. This economic foundation, combined with a systemic, entrepreneurial perspective, continues to define my approach.
Since 2008, my focus has been on people and organisational development – both independently and in collaboration with renowned consulting firms. Based in Emmenbrücke in the canton of Lucerne, I work with executives and organisations throughout German-speaking Switzerland – from Lucerne and Zug across Central Switzerland to Zurich, Basel and Bern. As a consultant rooted in Switzerland, I understand the specifics of local leadership and corporate culture: consensus orientation, multilingualism and the dynamics of Swiss boards of directors. At the heart of my work is the effective development of people, leadership teams and structures.
